From gentle Green Circle classes focused on breath and alignment, to fast-paced Double Black Dimond sessions built for advanced movers, there's something for everyone. Whether you're easing in or all in — we’ve got a class that meets you where you are.

Green: Gentle & Intentional
Perfect for beginners or recovery days. Focus on breath, alignment, and foundational movement.

Blue: Dynamic & Balanced
Great for building strength, stamina, and coordination with moderate intensity.

Black Diamond: Challenging & Powerful
High-energy classes for those ready to push limits with precision and control.

Double Black: Elite & Relentless
Advanced pop-up sessions for experienced movers. No hand-holding here

  • Monday

    6:00am: Core Focused Flow with Becky

    This flow class builds heat and strength through a dynamic sequence of postures, emphasizing core engagement and mobility throughout. Expect a vigorous flow that incorporates traditional power yoga elements like chaturangas and warriors, but with added core-focused exercises such as boat pose variations, plank series, and targeted abdominal work.

    5:30pm: Barre with Kate

    Set to energizing playlists, this class features high reps of small, sculpting movements inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates.

  • Wednesday

    8:30am: Mobility with Heather

    This dynamic mobility class is designed to enhance flexibility, improve balance, and refine coordination. Through a blend of guided stretches, functional movement patterns, and stability exercises, you'll increase range of motion, build body awareness, and support injury prevention. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just want to move better and feel stronger, this class will help you stay agile, mobile, and ready for anything life throws your way.

    9:30am: Power Flow with Becky

    A dynamic and athletic Vinyasa-style class that emphasizes strength, flexibility, and stamina. Expect a challenging, breath-centered practice that builds towards more advanced versions of hand balances, deeper backbends, and inversions such as handstand. Modifications and alternatives will be offered.

    6:00pm: Cardio Hip Hop with Teri

    This class brings the fun to your fitness! Set to a mix of new and classic hip hop and R&B, it's designed to get you moving and keep you smiling. Each 50-minute session includes a full-body stretch, core work, and resistance and weight training. Expect to raise your heart rate, rack up the steps (and squats), and have a blast while doing it.

    A dynamic and athletic Vinyasa-style class that emphasizes strength, flexibility, and stamina.
